Guardian of the Forest
The Beech Mountain Tree Board is looking for concerned property owners who want to ensure that they live in healthy forest.
Any trees that are cut, pruned or removed needs a permit. This permit will be posted and visible from the street. If you see trees being cut, pruned or removed and they are not marked with either paint or ribbons, and there is no permit posted on the street please call Town Hall at 828-387-4236.
Let them no the address that the trees are being cut and they will send an inspector out to investigate.
