Meeting Schedule
The following are the regular meeting dates for Town Council and standing committees.  While most meetings are held according to this schedule there are times when meetings may be moved.  Please check under Announcements, call, or come by Town Hall for meeting date changes and for Special meeting dates.
  • Town Council - Second Tuesday of every month; 2:00 p.m. Town Hall with the exception of June, July and August.  These three meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
  • Planning Board - First Tuesday of every month; 9:00 a.m. Town Hall
  • Board of Adjustment - First Tuesday of every month; 6:00 p.m. Town Hall
  • T. D. A. - Last Wednesday of every month; 9:30 a.m. Town Hall
  • Parks and Recreation Committee:  First Thursday of every month; 9:00 a.m. alternating between Town Hall (June 5th)and Buckeye Recreation Center (July 3rd)
  • Tree Board - First Monday of every month; 10:00 am, Town Hall
