Planning Board Minutes
April 3, 2007
Call to Order
Board member John Hoffman called the meeting to order at 9:12 am. Other Board Members present were Adolfo Sanmartino and Bill Watson. Also present were Town Council members Paul Piquet and Randy Corn, and Town Manager Michael Boaz.
The agenda was accepted as presented.
Mr. Watson moved to approve the March 6, 2007 minutes as submitted, seconded by Mr. Sanmartino, motion carried unanimously.
Members of the Signature Development Group gave a brief presentation about their Seminole Ridge proposed project. No motions were made regarding this item.
Adjournment
With no further business, Mr. Hoffman moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Sanmartino, the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 9:53 am.
