Fitness Class Descriptions:
| Beginning Spinning | This is a low intensity workout, with high health benefits for those new to spinning or those who prefer a slower pace. Water bottles are required. |
| Spinning | This is a med-high intensity, cardiovascular workout performed to music with a motivational instructor. Water bottles are required. |
| Aerobics | Easy on the joints and great for the heart, this class provides a great aerobic workout. |
| Yoga | The class goes through traditional yoga asanas and breathing techniques, to improve physical, mental strength and flexibility. |
| Mat Pilates | This mat class is designed for core strength (hips, shoulders, back, and abdominal) and flexibility. |
| Spin & Sculpt | Take advantage of this class where you will go through a well developed circuit of spinning and muscle toning. |
| Power Walking | Join the group for a power walk exercise around the outdoor track using hand weights and power bars. |
| Boot Camp | Military style training program with a circuit of drills, ranging from jumping jacks, and push-ups to running. |
