Multi-Purpose Room Rental
Whether you are hosting an intimate meeting for 10 or an reception for 100, the Buckeye Recreation Center is a great place to hold your next event. The Buckeye Recreation Center's Multipurpose Room offers a unique setting for a corporate event, meeting, lecture, banquet, seminar, reception, or family reunion. Our meeting room offers over 1800 square feet available for rent and can accommodate groups of up to 180 people. The room is available as a Dourble Room of 1800 square feet or as a Single Room of 900 square feet.
Another bonus feature provided by using our facility is that all of the tables and chairs needed for your event will be readily available at no extra charge.
A large kitchen equipped with Conventional Oven, Sink, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave and Serving Window makes this a perfect facility for serving food and beverage during your event. Contact the Chamber of Commerece at 387-9283 for a list of Restraunts that can cater your next event.
The Buckeye staff will work with you to help coordinate the logistics of your event. We recommend reserving your date well in advance to ensure your preferred date is available. Audio visual equipment is available upon request including microphone, LCD projector/screen and easels. A dance floor may also be rented for up to 25 square feet. The facility also offers Indoor Tennis, Indoor Basketball, an Indoor Playground and a Fitness Room. The facility is located on the property of Buckeye Lake Recreation Area with 2 Outdoor Tennis Courts, a Softball Field, Walking Track and Playground. It is also adjacent to the 7-acre Buckeye Lake with fishing and boating opportunities.

- Any organization planning to serve alsoholic beverages on the premises while using facilities must obtain the proper permits from North Carolina's Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
- Rental Fees, Deposit, and signed contract are requireed to reserve a date. Refunds are pro-rated depending on the amount of notice.
